The Facebook groups have been lifesaving. It made such a huge difference to find things like Body Politic out of the US and the COVID Long-Haulers group out of Canada. Because I thought I was alone, you know, I thought I was the only one and to find out that there’s thousands of other people has been enormously valuable both mentally and physically. Because we give one another suggestions, we inform one another about research and media interest and research opportunities and everything. And we’re just there, you know, you can go online and talk to people who get it. That’s huge.
