Sometimes I do realize that I am starting to spiral and sometimes it doesn’t – it’s not like an environmental thing, it just happens. You just – it’s a bad day. Going outside, getting fresh air, really, having your favourite cup of tea. Just small, small, small things that kind of distract, you know, playing video games, anything that will distract your brain and try to get your brain out of that destructive kind of thinking. Like I’ll be honest, I had very, very dark thoughts. Like very – you know, and then I snap out of it and I’m like, oh my gosh I’m so glad I didn’t do anything because I was just in a dark place and now I’m kind of back out into the light.
