I don’t eat a thing until the afternoon. So we’re at 11:36 right now, so the only thing I’ve had right now is lemon water. So I just have some lemon water until I really can’t have – until I can’t hold off any longer. And then I usually start by introducing like cold-pressed juices, so like celery juice I find is one of the best. Like it’s really calming for my system – I don’t get reflux, I don’t get all sorts of discomfort. And I have trouble swallowing – I don’t find I get that like intense sort of throat closure. So like cold-pressed juices and then I usually – like everything is a wait, and then I sort of see, and like OK, but I’m usually – like I’m starving. And then I flip to a smoothie of some sort and people look at it and they’re like, “Oh my God it’s disgusting.” And it’s just as many nutrients that I can get in there. So it’s usually like blueberries, spinach. I put like seaweed in it, because it’s really jam-packed with a lot of nutrients, like spirulina, turmeric for anti-inflammatory. I put a banana and an orange to make it taste OK – it’s just gross – it’s really disgusting. And then I see how I do and that usually – I never usually have any problems. And then by sort of dinner time, I’ll have either some grilled fish and some steamed vegetables or we eat a ton of soup around here, especially depending on like how bad this is – if I can’t chew on this side, it’s like soups and soft stews – that works. And then like for treat night, sometimes I can tolerate some like rice noodles or something of that nature, some like corn pasta sometimes goes down OK. Yeah, it’s really, really, really dull.
