Susan1 says "live in the moment, but plan for the future."
Transcript
Even when I saw my GP this week and I said ‘Guess what? They found some stenosis.’ And they said ‘You know you just keep on smiling.’ I said ‘Yeah because that’s what you have to do, you know’. You just keep putting one foot forward, thinking positive you know? Thinking towards the future and taking the negative stuff and putting it behind you. Because it will drive you crazy. It will eat you alive and you can’t be well and be thinking negative. You have to be practical, you have to be realistic, but at the same time you can’t dwell on it. You have to focus towards tomorrow. Live in the moment, but plan for the future.
