Ginette needs more information about how to live with heart failure.
Transcript
I want to know what I went through. What is it that happened to me and why, if you can. I know sometimes you cannot but, you know, do I need to eat, of course I need to eat better but what would help me? What would, what should I take out of my life other than the obvious alcohol, cigarettes, fat? I know that. That’s not part of my life anymore. It’s not been for six years. But is there anything that I could do that would really help me? How about physical activity? What can I do to a certain point, what should I do? What should I eat? Like if I feel sick how should I handle it? Like how about you start helping me mentally fix this and then physically after that it will help the process. I want to know what’s going on with me.
