It was a tough slog. That’s why I had to volunteer, I had to do something, I had to use my brain and use my whatever skills I had, I had to be able to do that. I’d always been a numbers person, I’d always been an anally organized person [laughs], still am. And so I had to have things to do. Well, yeah definitely for myself as well. Everybody has their thing and it can be anything. I always wanted to learn how to sew, which I didn’t, so for some people they may not have to go out and do something, if you like sewing or you like knitting or you like crafting or you like whatever but to find something that you can do. But I think in some way if it’s doing something for or with others, it’s a little better for your head.
