Looking forward

As patients begin recovery from active cancer treatment and look toward returning to daily life, they and their families may have many questions about the best ways to recuperate and heal.

Looking Forward is a website and a series of booklets offering information, support and resources for patients completing active cancer treatment.  While some supportive resources for cancer patients suggested in these booklets are specific to Montreal and the province of Quebec, many national and international resources are also named.

The website and kit were developed in collaboration with people who have experienced recovery from treatment as well as health professionals and health researchers at St. Mary’s Hospital and St. Mary’s Research Centre in Montreal, Quebec.

This resource is currently being updated by the research team in collaboration with patient groups.
