When I was in heart failure and I was dealing with the [bigger hospital] heart program. I was, I used the exercise program which I was able to use locally thank goodness. And I also had, they had a psychiatrist right there and I could use him at any time and I did. I definitely took advantage of everything I could. And so you know, along with the telehealth and the monitoring system and all that it was, it was really great. So, I was with him for probably two, two and a half years and then when I went into the, I was accepted into the heart transplant program, they provide a psychologist all the time for the rest of my life. So, I mean eventually you just kind of stop and you, you either see a counsellor locally because you kind of graduate off. But I’ve been using my psychologist since the transplant and prior to that, absolutely. I was using the psychiatrist. He was able to give me some medication to help level me out and so all of that, it was like I had all this support and I know that people that live in small towns away from the major centres, they don’t get, they don’t get that. But that’s where technology comes in for me. You can talk to people and when you can’t get to them, and that’s, that is so good you know. So, yes. The psychologist part is absolutely second to none in BC here.
