Stevie speaks about cardiac rehab being closed in the pandemic.
Transcript
I tried to get into cardiac rehab after, but because we were in the midst of a pandemic, it was closed, so I could not attend cardiac rehab. So I just was doing nothing. I had very severe mental health issues after that. I was trying to get into exercise. I was a very athletic person in sports before this happened. I played hockey for my entire life, since I was four. And I played baseball in the summers, and hockey most summers as well. And then all of that stopped, a) because of COVID, and then b) because of my heart condition now. I couldn’t really do much. I couldn’t even go on an exercise bike for two minutes at a time. It was a really big struggle.
