Susan1 made her own choice to not have children.
Transcript
And I think earlier, prior to that I had also made the decision when I was 24, around the time that I was told that I had cardiomyopathy too based on that original cardiac cath that you know, it’s hereditary. Dominant recessive gene, 50% chance of passing it on. Plus we don’t understand you know, the burden of being pregnant, what that’s going to do in terms of your own heart condition. So I made a decision at a pretty young age, I think I was 26. And I had a tubal ligation. Because I thought you know, my parents did not have this knowledge. They had two children, both children had cardiomyopathy. I have this knowledge, and I just didn’t want to pass the disease on.
