Stop working. And even when you think you have to keep working, stop working. Because I feel like now – learning now that had I not pushed myself for all of those months, that I could have maybe gone on bedrest and then recovered fully, is really frustrating. But again, I’ve done a lot of psychotherapy work to just acknowledge that I was doing the best I could with the information I had at the time. So was my GP. Nobody back last year knew that – or maybe some people did but it certainly wasn’t commonly known that long-COVID was very similar to ME/CFS, and that there was a window at which you could recover, and then a window past that which you won’t. And just – I think that’s the biggest thing, is stop what you’re doing, now, and do nothing but rest, and then hopefully you’ll be able to recover.
