I think I always identify myself as someone who had a really good memory and so knowing that I can’t rely on that part of my identity kind of makes me sometimes really question my value and my self-worth. Like wondering who am I if I can’t memorize anything? Am I just passing through life and leaving everything behind? Is my only way to make a difference in this world by writing everything down, so I remember what I’ve done the day before?
