Impacts on Self and Daily Life – Hollie

Hollie can’t spend too much time on her feet.

Transcript

I used to go for longer walks before I had COVID, and I haven’t been able to. Like my daughter will always be like, hey, let’s go for a walk, let’s go for a walk, but I can’t go very far. Because I get too winded, my heart rate will go up, and then I’ll feel like I’m going to pass out. So I like to stay close to home if I can. So it’s really uncomfortable going other places, like even the grocery store, waiting in line is horrible. Because if you get hot at all, you’re waiting in line, and you don’t have a choice, so you never know if you’re going to pass out or not.
