Symptoms of Long COVID – Jean

Jean can't go back to work because she can't look at a screen.

Transcript

I couldn’t look at the computer screen for more than ten minutes, 15 minutes and all the words seemed to mush together and I wasn’t even looking at a page of words anymore. It wasn’t as bad if I was looking at images, but words were a real problem and that’s something that has persisted to this day. The vertigo passed around Christmas time so I had it I guess maybe for four, five months, but the brain fog and the eye problems and the light sensitivity, that’s persisted, although the headaches are better and that’s probably because I avoid screens now so I can control it a little bit more. Of course that made working very difficult and I haven’t gone back to work yet because my work would involve working off of a screen basically for my entire day.
