Jennifer 1 finds that working with a psychologist gets her out of her own head.
Transcript
This is where I’m very happy that I have access to a psychologist. Because they get me out of my head. Because that’s when you start feeling like you know maybe they’re right. Maybe this is all you know in my head. And this is you know, isn’t actually like as bad as it is. And that’s – and your brain automatically does that. When you’re already not 100% and you’re, you know, dealing with a lot of what – like this is not normal. This is not you. This is not who you were before COVID. And so you start to question a lot of things. And having a psychologist to get you out of your head, and like see everything from a different perspective is huge.
