The social worker in Amanda1's group therapy motivated her to get out a bit more which helped her process the changes.
Transcript
The group therapy led by the social worker she was it was a great support as well. Because she was able to sort of normalize a lot of what I was going through and we would talk about, you know, what happens when you feel this way? What how do you cope with that? What should we try next? You know, if this isn’t working maybe you should think about this. And, and it’s a great way to sort of say “Oh you know what maybe the reason I’m feeling disconnected is because I’m not going out.” And maybe by forcing myself to go out a little bit more I can then, you know, that’s how I found my neighbours. So that was again another step in the process.
