Of course, that you are not, they are not alone and that it is possible to get better. I think that that’s so, so important. I mean, that goes for women in the postpartum and for folks dealing with mental illness across the lifespan. It can feel like a really dark hole when you’re down there, but there is help and there are resources, free and private ones that actually do make a difference. Yeah, you will get better. And there’s lots of time to go and repair relationships with your kids and your partners and other people that matter. So, you can always circle back and do that work.
