Yeah, so as of right now I have a medication that of course on my doctor’s recommendation I take. I don’t know, maybe one day I will come off of it safely. Not any time soon, because I never want to go back there. I have a PRN sleep medication. So, I still notice quite a bit of anxiety and some insomnia leading up to my period every month. I know I’m, kind of, going on a tangent. So, that I really have to be careful, kind of, in that premenstrual period. I make sure that if I have to I’ll take the PRN for sleep.
