Yes, and then, what also, I think, changed after he arrived, was the time to go and exercise, or do yoga, or meditate, or just have some kind of centering and grounding activity, was no longer there. It was no longer there, and I’m still trying to get it back, but we don’t have a lot of resources, sorry, like supports to be able to look after him well, if I’m going to do that. So I can… there’s only so much I can do with him on me or near me, because my attention is focused on his wellbeing, and his care, and with it being hot, it made it difficult to get outside for walks. And so that limited some of that physical activity. And then, I can do some yoga with him around, but it’s just… it’s modifying everything, and so it’s not to the… it’s nowhere near what I was able to do before, and so that really feels like it’s fallen… it’s fallen, and it’s certainly affected my current mental health, not having that… not having those self-care activities, and not having family or friends able to come and look after him.
