And so, of me, preparing looks like having those conversations with my family doctor regarding medication. Is that something I stay on while I’m pregnant, or wean off of? And then, do we start it up again right after I give birth? So, medication is a topic, pulling in family members, definitely, to come and help. I was actually researching a doula last night about potentially having a postpartum doula just to come in, especially because we have a daughter now, and she’ll be older and we’ll need some help with that, too.

So trying to figure out, you know, how does that work if I need to be hiring a babysitter to come to the apartment while I sleep. And just actually follow, following through on some of the things that I know are healthy for me and, therefore, healthy for my family. Yes, those are … And doing a lot of reading and trying to find other moms that have had postpartum issues and have had a second child. Yes.
