Exercise, getting outside and taking vitamin D made a huge difference for Michelle2.
Transcript
I find exercise for myself makes a huge difference. And even with my last child, I found exercise has made a huge difference in my mental health. I feel so much better right after I do it. And for the whole rest of the day. I also started taking vitamin D in the wintertime because it’s yeah, it’s recommended. And I find that, that makes a huge difference as well. And another thing, with all my kids after this, I made sure that I would get dressed every day. Like out of my pyjamas, get dressed and go outside. Make a point of going outside. Whether I did anything while I was out there, or just walked around my yard for a couple minutes, but that was huge for me as well.
