Mirian recommends the use of a diagnostic questionnaire and to talk about treatment approaches.

Like, here are a few things that we should look at specifically regarding postpartum depression. And I think that there should be some sort of questionnaire to maybe help with a diagnosis. And also I think they should be able to talk about the several types of therapy there are and make it clear what is their own approach. Because I don’t remember, like, with the three people that I met, I don’t remember ever hearing their explanation about these are the types there are and this is my approach that I chose and, you know? Like, it was just things that I heard through the grapevine. But I never heard directly from one of my psychotherapists.
