So right now I kind of have to plan my days to a very strict schedule, like down to the hour of what I’ll do each day. So I know that I’ll work and working, thankfully in my case it’s done on a computer remotely. So it’s manageable, I don’t have to talk a lot either. I have usually one or two meetings a day. So I kind of just plan for those. I know that I say when I was my former self before, I would be able to after work go and do grocery shopping and I’ll walk to the grocery store. And now I know I can’t do that. Now I know that if I work the whole day, I better rest afterwards otherwise I’ll trigger a terrible relapse of this. And I have to do like groceries during the weekend when I’m not doing anything else that day. And whereas before, I could walk to the store and come back walking with the bags. Now I know that I can walk to the store, but if I come back, it’s not a very short walk, so I have to take an Uber for instance and that’s kind of how I have to do that.

Et je dois faire les courses pendant le week-end quand je ne fais rien d’autre ce jour-là. Avant, je pouvais aller au magasin à pied et revenir en marchant avec les sacs.
